"I am writing with extreme dissatisfaction and frankly, utter dismay, regarding the abysmal customer service I received yesterday at the State Farm Insurance agency located in East Brunswick, New Jersey. My interaction with a representative named Beyoncé was nothing short of a catastrophic failure in professional conduct and left me feeling utterly disregarded and deeply frustrated."

"Are you looking for a new insurance agency to handle your insurance needs? I highly recommend Alex Escobar's State Farm conveniently located on Rt. 18 in East Brunswick. How many times have you called your agency with a question only to be told that someone will call you back. You wait and you wait and no one gets back to you. That does not happen at this Agency. Alex's staff is friendly, technically savvy and highly trained in the insurance industry. I deal with Ponsee who is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I know if I have a question about my policy Ponsee will take the time to explain everything to me in words that I understand, not insurance mumbo jumbo. If she tells me she will get back to me there is no doubt that she will. She is a highly trained professional and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future."
